I actually make something.

OK, I decide to actually make something.  All this science was starting to get in the way of the creative process.  I will resume tomorrow with solving my erosion issue as I made good progress today on solution possibilities.

But I could not resist making something from one of the ruined plates.  I put a dark patina on an entire plate. Then I sanded the plate leaving the twigs dark.  Then I added a variegated light patina using liver of sulfur and a little heat to create the foreground.

This scheme will comprise the main effects for part of the journal cover inserts. I created some negative image plates and will treat them the same creating a light tree on a dark background.

Even with the edge corrosion issues, I am pleased!
